Each plant has its own care needs, but generally, most plants thrive with the following:

  • Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil are dry.
  • Place your plant in an area with indirect light.
  • Ensure your pot has drainage holes to prevent overwatering.

2. Can I return or exchange my plant?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your plant, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the plant is in its original condition.

3. When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to UAE. If you're located outside of these areas, please contact us for alternative shipping options.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.
