At Plantaflora, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options for our customers. Whether you're ordering a single plant or a variety of products, we want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:

Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or high demand.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. On average:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Next-Day Shipping: Available for select areas
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can track your plant’s journey every step of the way!

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Affordable rates for delivery in 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery for an additional charge.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over AED 500 to UAE.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible. All plants are carefully wrapped and secured in a protective box to prevent damage during transit. For larger orders, we may use extra padding or multiple boxes to make sure everything arrives safely.

Delivery Locations

We currently offer shipping to UAE. If you live outside of these areas, please contact our customer service team to inquire about custom shipping options.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we’re working hard to expand our delivery zones, so please check back in the future or contact our support team for more information.

What Happens If My Plant Arrives Damaged?

We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a plant in poor condition. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right by either issuing a refund or sending a replacement. 

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your package is delayed or you suspect it’s missing, please contact our customer service team at info@plantaflora.ae or call us at 02 207 2345. We’ll investigate the issue and keep you updated with the status of your order.

Tips for Receiving Your Plants

  • Timing: Try to be available to receive your package or arrange for someone to accept it, especially for next-day or expedited deliveries.
  • Inspect Your Plants: As soon as your plants arrive, inspect them for any signs of damage. If there are issues, please contact us right away.
  • Care After Delivery: Once your plants are delivered, unbox them carefully and follow the care instructions provided to ensure they settle into their new home.
