ORDERING

  • Our flowers, available on this website, are natural and perishable. The lifespan of flowers varies depending on the species.
  • Please note that the appearance of flowers may vary slightly from the images on Plantaflora.ae due to natural variations in color and size based on the season.
  • In the event of unavailability, we may substitute certain flowers with similar types and colors that match the bouquet's style and are of equal or greater value.
  • Packaging for the flowers may differ from the images displayed on Plantaflora.ae.
  • We strongly recommend adding a personal message for the recipient, particularly for gift orders.

PAYMENT PROCESS

  • The price of the Flowers will be as indicated on the relevant order page of Plantaflora.ae (VAT shall apply).
  • Deliveries are processed upon online payment, involving the following steps:
    1. Selection of Bouquet(s)/Flower(s)
    2. User Registration
    3. Card Payment Confirmation
    4. Email Notification

Method of Payment, Card Types Accepted, and Currency

  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency). Look for the logos of these accepted cards on our Home page and Payment checkout page.
  • Delivery costs will be displayed on Plantaflora.ae when selecting the delivery day and time.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

  • Delivery Instructions: Please provide any vital information related to your order, such as your preferred delivery time slot (AM or PM). While we strive to accommodate such requests, specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.
  • We take great care to pack, store, and secure the flowers to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
  • If your order is intended as a surprise gift, please make this clear. Ensure that detailed location and timing information is provided by the client.
  • Website will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Our standard delivery hours are between 9 am and 9 pm unless otherwise specified.
  • Urgent Delivery: Additional charges apply based on the recipient's location. Orders under this condition will be delivered within 3 hours after order placement.
  • For a comprehensive list of delivery timings, kindly refer to the Delivery Policies section on each product page.
  • Please be aware that the shipping fee covers a single location. If your order involves multiple delivery locations, an extra shipping fee will be applied for each additional location.
  • Should you change the delivery location after our driver has arrived at the original address and the new location is over 2 kilometers away, an additional fee of 30 AED will be charged. To avoid this, please promptly inform our Customer Service Team of any changes to your delivery details.
  • Plantaflora.ae guarantees delivery on the requested day but cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If you require delivery within a particular time slot, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. In cases where Plantaflora.ae's supply of the Flowers is delayed due to unforeseen events; we will notify you and take measures to minimize any impact. For significant delays (more than 24 hours), you may contact us to discuss options.
  • If the recipient is unavailable to accept the Flowers, they will be returned to our showroom. The recipient should contact Plantaflora.ae for same-day collection.
  • When a third party, such as hospitals, schools, or offices, is involved in delivery, the signature of any authorized person will be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
  • The responsibility for the Flowers transfers to you from the moment Plantaflora.ae delivers them to the specified address.
  • Any feedback must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
  • For concerns related to product quality, please submit photos of the arrangement along with any proof of purchase or the sender's name (if it was a gift). Our Customer Service Team will assist you accordingly.

BOUQUET CARE TIPS GUIDELINES

  • After you receive your bouquet, you can extend the freshness of your fresh flowers by following these simple cut flower care guidelines:
    • Display flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight.
    • Keep the vase or container filled with fresh water.
    • Change the water every few days and trim the stems at an angle to facilitate water absorption.
    • Remove any spent or damaged blooms or foliage below the waterline in the vase. Optionally, use flower food, or a mixture of sugar and aspirin.

  • We do not collect information from individuals under 18 years of age. Users must be at least 18 years old to register or shop on our website.
