Dust Regularly: Dust can accumulate on the surface of dried items. Gently dust them with a soft brush or use a can of compressed air to keep them clean.

Handle Carefully: Dried flowers, leaves, and ornaments can be fragile. Handle them gently to avoid breaking or damaging them.

Use a Preservative Spray (Optional): To enhance the longevity of dried items, you can use a floral preservative spray. This can help maintain their color and structure.

Arrange in Dry Vases: If displaying in a vase, use a dry vase or fill it with decorative materials like sand, pebbles, or dried moss instead of water.

    Delivery Policies

    Plantaflora takes pride in giving you the best quality of flowers at its best price. You can either choose to pick up or delivery.

    PICK UP

    Just grab-and-go your favorite flower bunch at one of our three pick up locations:

    • Plantaflora Showroom, former Aramex Building, Al Ahjar Street, Muroor Road, Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi - 9AM-9PM
    • Select Market Downtown, Al Reef, Abu Dhabi - 9AM-9PM
    • Al Kawakeb Warehouse #12, Al Quoz industrial Area 2, Dubai - 8AM-5PM

    DELIVERY

    • We offer free same day delivery for Abu Dhabi and Dubai for orders above 300AED.
    • For orders less than 300AED, we are charging 30AED shipping fee.
    • Delivery cut off timings vary per location. For Dubai and Abu Dhabi, our delivery cut off timing is until 6PM.
    • All orders received beyond the specified timings will be delivered on the next day.
    • For urgent delivery requirements to Abu Dhabi and Dubai, we offer Express Delivery services with a 150 AED charge. We guarantee the delivery within 1 hour from the time you have placed and paid your order with us.
    • No same day delivery for any orders with cake. Placing of cake orders is only until 6pm, then it will be delivered on the next day, 11am onwards.
    • The shipping fee applies to one location ONLY. If your order has more than one delivery location, additional shipping fee will be charged per location added.
    • If our driver has already arrived at the initially provided shipping address and you then change the location, an additional 30AED will be charged for re-routing, given that the new location is more than 2 kilometers away from the original shipping address. To avoid this, kindly communicate with our Customer Service Team for any changes regarding your delivery details.

    Plantaflora guarantees the delivery of your order within the day that you have requested. However, we cannot promise exact timings. For orders that must be received within a particular time slot, please contact our Customer Service Team before placing your order for assistance.

    Cancellation & Refund

    Cancellation and Refund: Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date and you will be eligible for Refund.
